  • Defective/damaged items: Eligible for returns within 14 days (proof of issue required).

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must include all original components and accessories.
  • Safety gear must be clean and undamaged for compliance.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and “Return Request” in the subject line.
  2. Receive a prepaid shipping label (free for defective items).
  3. Ship items in original packaging within 5 business days.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after receiving returns.
  • Funds returned to original payment method; store credit option includes +10% bonus for future purchases.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Opened consumables (e.g., maintenance supplies).
  • Final sale items marked “Clearance” or “Special Promotion.”
